Two of the plans feature an owner’s suite on the main floor; the other three plans have an owner’s suite on the second floor. All of the plans (except for The Mentor) include an unfinished basement, which you have the option to finish. Cascade Village is Daybreak’s newest community, located right next to the brand new Watercourse.
