Cornbelly’s: Since 1996, Cornbelly’s has been enchanting Lehi with fall-themed attractions and amusements for the whole family. Open from September 28th-November 3rd, you and your kids can enjoy a wide variety of activities like campfires, mazes, hayrides, games, and rides, as well as Halloween haunts, fireworks shows, contests, parades, and so much more.

Stairs Gulch: Located near Salt Lake City, this 2.5-mile trail is one of the best ways to take in the gorgeous, expansive Utah scenery. Free from large crowds and filled with small waterfalls, you’re sure to see some magic along your hike. With a few steep and rocky areas, this trail should be approached with a little bit of caution, although it can certainly be enjoyed by adults regardless of experience.

Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns: Nothing signifies the fall season better than a bright orange pumpkin… At Jaker’s in Harward Farms, a giant pumpkin patch awaits you and your children! After you’ve picked your favorite one, you can enjoy hayrides, a corn pit, slides, a boo zoo, a haunted cave, straw mazes, and so much more. This fun and festive fall oasis will be open from September 29th to October 31st.

Sleepy Hollow Wagon Ride: If you love the traditions and stories of Halloween, this themed ride is the excursion for you. Hop onto this horse-drawn wagon and ride through the woods of Sleepy Hollow in Midway, but watch out… you might just see the Headless Horseman lurking in the dark. Intended for fun scares, this unforgettable activity, open in October, is suitable for kids of all ages!

Grotto Falls Trail: Located in Payson Canyon, this trail is wide and flat, and perfect for all skill levels. You’ll hike through lush woods along a creek, giving you the kind of fall views that you’ve been waiting for all year! The best part about this trail is that it features a beautiful waterfall that plunges into a small pool. A great place to enjoy a leisurely hike and recharge, Grotto Falls Trail is an autumn staple.

Haunted Forest: As the largest (and scariest) Halloween attraction in Utah, the Haunted Forest delivers authentic terror. You’ll walk a long trail through the woods at night as monsters and creatures alike make your experience one to never forget… A fun outing with a group of friends (or even a spooky date night!), the Haunted Forest may become your favorite Halloween tradition yet.
