Thank you, 2021! From new models to new neighbors, it’s been such an incredible year at Sego Homes. As we head into the end of the holiday season, we want to take a look back at everything that made this time so exciting and memorable for all of us.
It all starts with our biggest accomplishment! For the first time, we have introduced a collection of five single family home floor plans: The Contempo Collection in Cascade Village at Daybreak! These eye-catching homes feature all the benefits of single family living – plenty of privacy, elbow room, and yard space – along with our hallmark quality. Starting at 1,556 square feet, these unique homes have an eye-catching contemporary style that complements our distinctive Sego look and feel. All of the plans (except for The Mentor) include a basement which can be finished. And there are outdoor living options – patios, decks, terraces, and porches – on all of the plans.
Next up on our list of accomplishments, we opened a slew of new model homes! The Innovator and The Adventurer are part of our new single family home collection. The two decorated model homes are just stunning. The Innovator is our most affordable single family plan, and The Adventurer includes a covered terrace off of the owner’s suite. We also opened two townhomes as part of our Urban Townhomes Series at Daybreak, Manhattan Sky and Cabo. The Manhattan Sky is a masterpiece of adaptable, innovative design, with a variety of options and flexible spaces. The Cabo includes a deck off the kitchen, large windows and tons of natural light. Last but certainly not least, our Major League model won the Silver for Best Floor Plan at the Bala Awards presented by the NAHB. The BALA awards recognize the best in national design trends, focusing on overall design, livability, architectural features, colors and materials, and design details. The Major League plan hits all those notes, from its flex room to its open layout and outdoor living spaces. One of its most appealing features is the elevator. Open to all four floors, it allows full accessibility and the ability to move through the home with ease for homeowners interested in aging in place.
