These enjoyable video classes will help you get on the path to mindfulness. All you need is a comfortable, relaxing spot… check. 

 

Cook Up a Sweat: You already know that cooking keeps you on your toes, and best of all, you don’t need any new “equipment” to get your “workout” in. If you have items like pasta, cereal, beans, rice, bread, and canned tomatoes stocked, there are dozens of dishes you can easily whip up! Call these your “pantry masterpieces.” 

At-Home Gym: With all the wide open space in your beautiful home, you certainly don’t need a gym to get some exercise.
